Day 1: Ouarzazate | Skoura palm grove | Valley of roses | Dades valley :
- Picked up from your accommodation in Ouarzazate.
- Departure to Skoura, you will pass through the middle of the palm grove.
- Then we will take you to Kelaat M’gouna, the region is known for the Festival of roses. There are factories for the distillery of roses: production of rose water, essential oils, and cosmetic products. We can visit a factory if you want.
- We head to the valley of roses. Enjoy a wonderful walk, for 1 to 2 hours, in the valley of roses between fields and through typical Berber villages.
- A riverside picnic. Then through a track, we’ll reach the Dades Valley.
- As soon as we arrive in the Dades valley, and if you are interested, we can go for a walk in a beautiful gorge (it takes 2 hours of walking).
- Dinner and overnight in a hostel in Dades valley.
Day 2: Dades valley | Nkob | Zagora | Erg Lihoudi :
- After breakfast, we leave to Nkob, the village of 45 kasbahs.
- Cross the Saghro Massif via the Tizi n’Tazazert 2283 m and enjoy amazing landscapes.
- Tea break in a local restaurant in Nkob.
- Heading To Draa valley.
- Direction to Erg Lihoudi in Mhamid desert.
- Dinner and overnight at the camp in Erg Lihoudi.
Day 3 : Mhamid Desert | Chigaga Dunes :
- Wake up for a wonderful sunrise.
- After breakfast, we start our desert trekking, enjoy a camel riding from 1 hour to 2 hours.
- Visit the ksar of Ouled Driss.
- Continuation to Chigaga dunes through sand dunes, stony desert and oasis.
- After a tea break in chigaga desert, we can walk in the desert and go to the top of dunes to enjoy a romantic sunset.
- Dinner and overnight at the Bivouac in Erg chegaga desert.
Day 4 : Erg Chegaga | Iriqui lake | Taznakht | Ouarzazate :
- In the morning early you can enjoy a sunrise over the dunes.
- Meeting with the 4×4 driver and departure to Foum-zguid via the old Paris-Dakar track and dryer lake of iriqui.
- Continuation by the asphalt road to Taznakht, famous for its Berber carpets and saffron.
- Stop for lunch in the restaurant. Then we drive towards the Ait Benhaddou .
- Visiting the ascient village of ait Benhaddou, classified as the Heritage World by UNESCO in 1987.
- At the end of the day, Back to Ouarzazate.
